What They Say About Us
Canada is not only a welcoming country to international students but also a major part of the greater North American economies that presents great post-grad opportunities. It is a well-regarded country in term of its top education standard, and I was fortunate to have the opportunity to finish my undergraduate degree from one of the best institutions globally. So, it certainly helps me throughout my career.
I would certainly advise against simply rushing into graduation. Being adequately equipped with co-op programs or internships is far more important than graduating early. This program is an avenue that is provided to many international students in Canada and they should take advantage of it.

One of the perks when studying in Canada is the Co-op program. It helps students to get paid work experience that is closely related with their major of study. In a sense, students get hands-on work-integrated learning experiences in the real world in order to learn how to apply the knowledge they gain from classrooms into the real-life working environment and vice versa.
In addition, Post Graduation Work Permit application is not complicated and can be completed online, which allows smooth transitioning out of being an international student to the job market.

One of the ways to get to your dream university is to carve a path from college first. From my experience, the two most important keys to ensuring a smooth transition are maintaining a high GPA and engaging in extracurricular activities such as volunteering or sports. In addition, don't forget to take advantage of the small classes in college by building connections with professors and being active in class— this can help with internships and future opportunities!
